MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III

OVERVIEW:

 

The Position is responsible for:

Maintaining the Molds as per PM, managing spare parts, refurbishment and troubleshooting of the mold

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for smooth running of molds in shift
  • Trouble shooting of molds
  • Root cause analysis to reduce mold breakdowns
  • To carry out mold change over as per the given schedule
  • To carry out routine and preventive maintenance
  • Spares planning
  • Adherence to quality standards
  • To provide on job training to trainee tool and die maker
  • To demonstrate safe working environment
  • Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Molding COE

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Diploma in tool and die making
  • Min 3 years’ experience in injection mold making and maintenance
  • To understand behaviour of plastic material
  • Working knowledge in molding process and optimization
  • Design Knowledge

They create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication, for non-technical and technical users.
