MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III
OVERVIEW:
The Position is responsible for:
Maintaining the Molds as per PM, managing spare parts, refurbishment and troubleshooting of the mold
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for smooth running of molds in shift
- Trouble shooting of molds
- Root cause analysis to reduce mold breakdowns
- To carry out mold change over as per the given schedule
- To carry out routine and preventive maintenance
- Spares planning
- Adherence to quality standards
- To provide on job training to trainee tool and die maker
- To demonstrate safe working environment
- Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Molding COE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in tool and die making
- Min 3 years’ experience in injection mold making and maintenance
- To understand behaviour of plastic material
- Working knowledge in molding process and optimization
- Design Knowledge

They create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication, for non-technical and technical users.
