Lead the development and launch of new stamping tools and processes in the Philippines, collaborating with China MPDE and suppliers. Coordinate with local operations, global project teams, and develop both China and PH stamping suppliers to ensure on‑time project launches while meeting quality, cost, and performance KPIs.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PH ICC MPDE team, including molding, stamping & Assy MPDE engineers.
• Working with the CHINA MPDE team to launch a new product in PH
• Coordinate with the PH local operation team (Quality, PME, PJE) & the Global project team(PDE, AQE, Procurement) to launch a new product in PH
• Grow the PH MPDE team size & engineering capability with support from the China MPDE team.
• PH Local supplier (molding, stamping, assembly, & Automation supplier) development
• KPI (Launch on time, COPQ, STR, cost…)

Job Qualifications:

• Very good Logic.
• 5+ yrs manager role and experience in managing a team of more than 5 people
• 10+ yrs. manufacturing experience (molding, stamping, plating, assembly, or automation)
• Bachelor's or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.
• Fluent in using basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA, DOE, FAA, CTAR, CAD, Pro E
• Good at talent development, strategy making, and project execution
• Data-oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.
• Sensitive to product cost, know how to drive cost through manufacturing process development & design optimization.
• Knowledge of quality control, quality issue analysis, and improvement
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English. If you can speak Chinese, it would be better.
• Strong sense of teamwork and leadership capability

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
