MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN
Job Overview
The Stamping technician’s main responsibility is to support production on Stamping machines to achieve set line target. The position must have skills and knowledge on quality, die troubleshooting and die maintenance. The position also requires participating in quality & environmental management, 5s, Health & Safety activities.
Job Requirements

Performs die assembly, disassembly, adjustment, repair, and maintenance

Operates surface grinding machines and conducts tooling inspections and quality control

Reads die/product drawings and understands quality requirements

Suggests and leads improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce errors

Supports RCA/CA activities by providing accurate information and performing confirmation tasks

Ensures documentation accuracy and compliance with approved standards and quality programs

Implements safety procedures, uses PPE, handles chemicals per SDS, and reports safety incidents

Manages waste disposal and complies with ESH training requirements

Participates in internal audits and supports corrective/preventive actions

Maintains organized storage and proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment

Follows company rules, policies, and confidentiality standards consistently
What your background should look like
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Stamping Technician

Skilled in operating surface grinding machines
-
Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Able to interpret technical drawings
-
Knowledgeable in quality inspection procedures
