MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production and manufacturing equipment. This role requires a thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge as well as experience in developing and implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs. The Maintenance Supervisor must have the analytical ability, use problem-solving skills to develop solutions, and be able to communicate effectively with other departments in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5+ years’ experience and practitioner as Engineer.
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic drawings.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
• Knowledge in various machines from Stamping, Molding, Plating and Assembly.
