LOGISTICS ANALYST II

OVERVIEW

 

This position consists of overall logistics activities related to Importation, Exportation, Local Processing and PEZA and Customs transaction. Freight Cost Management, Global Trade Compliance and Management of Forwarders, Couriers, and other service providers. This is heavy in documentation

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Handling of transport, Inbound, Outbound and local logistics operations.
  • Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance on regulations.
  • Monitoring of the deliveries from origin to destination, end to end.
  • Management of On Time Delivery.
  • Logistics, Warehousing Distribution Units Management. Interact with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Receiving and sorting incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies. Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met
  • Documentation and Permit Applications for all shipments by SEA and Air.
  • Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed.
  • People Management for Logistics and Warehouse
  • On time Renewal of all government requirements for shipment purposes
  • Support on Warehouse Operations assistance from Receiving, Inventory, Issuance to Production, FG Management.
  • Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements
  • Follows rules and regulations of TE, EHS, Global Trade Compliance, Global Logistics.

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

 

  • BS Customs/ Management/ Accounting/ Engineering
  • With at least 5 years’ experience and practitioner in the field of Logistics & Warehouse Management
  • People Manager
  • Knowledge in Material Management and Material Handling (Direct , Indirect , Raw Materials, Consumables)
  • Overall warehouse management
  • Receiving ( GR )> Putaway> Inventory> Picking> Issuance> FG 
  • Deliveries Management (Local / Import / Export) 
  • PIT Champion – making sure all PIT is in 100% safe condition
  • Heavily making sure that all records are kept, scanned and properly filed for audit purposes and traceability
  • Heavily involvement on SAP Transactions making sure Inventory Accuracy in actual and system (SAP ERP Trnsactions ) 
  • Communication and Coordination with all internal and external customers
  • Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements
  • Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.
  • Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities.
  • PEZA and Customs Management related to Warehousing 
  • Continuous Improvement on Warehouse Process for full utilization and efficiency
  • Cost Savings Drive 
  • Must have experience and background in Importation & Exportation Proces, Kanban, Two Bin System, Port of Unloading (POU), FIFO, Batch Management, Good Warehouse Management,
  • SAP knowledge or any related ERP System/Application, Advance Excel Skills
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
