Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related fields

Experience

• 3 years above employee lifecycle management related experience in manufacturing industry, Shared Services experience is preferred
• Experience supporting multinational or multi-country HR operations is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Strong process mindset, data accuracy focus, and risk awareness
