The role primarily provides strategic support in workforce data management, HR compliance and audit readiness, policy creation and implementation, and talent development for the Continuous Improvement team, Quality, and Central Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Workforce Data Management

  • Maintain accurate workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.

HR Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Update and maintain HR risk management processes, addressing both compliance and ethics-related risks.

Policy Creation & Implementation

  • Draft, review, and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals, company values, audit findings, and legal standards.
  • Communicate policy changes effectively to stakeholders.

 

Talent Development

  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create development plans, especially in Quality, and Central Operations team.
  • Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs of TEOA (TE Operational Advantage).
  • Track and report progress on talent development programs.

Strategic HR Support

  • Provide HRBP support to the Central Operations team, and drive initiatives in talent development, engagement, employee relations, retention, as well as coordination with Talent Acquisition to fulfill manpower requirements.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application in HR processes.
  • Proven knowledge of strategic HR business partnering and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Good business acumen, with reliability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
