JOB SUMMARY

 

Partners and supports the strategic directions of the company by aligning programs on employee engagement, data management and employee benefits administration.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Handles SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, BIR, and other related concerns.
  • Monitoring and administration of employee benefits.(medical reimbursement – excel, employee attrition rate, average age)- HR analytics
  • Manages employee data, and analyses it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to improve the functional productivity and workflow of the HR team.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data. Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making.
  • Plan and analyse annual employee engagement program and wellbeing.
  • Lead the timely implementation of employee engagement activities and other company events aligned with the organization’s strategy.
  • Prepares proposal for company events and activities, including monitoring of budget and post-activity evaluation and improvement.
  • Recommends strategy on improving organizational communication process and activities.
  • Implement and align BU and global engagement activities in the plant.
  • Strategize and collect employee feedback and organize activities to communicate management response and direction to employees.

 

Education/Experience and Qualifications-

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years working experience as HR Generalists with intensive exposure and significant track record on HRIS, handling employee engagement activities, and benefits administration.- advanced excel skills
  • Applicants with experience in the Manufacturing industry are preferred.
  • With experience as company liaison for SSS, Philhealth and PagIbig, and working knowledge on related procedures and guidelines.
  • With above average presentation, collaboration, and event management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, experienced in creating short videos, posters (using Canva and other software), and survey apps.
  • Lives and models the TE values (Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Inclusion, and Innovation)
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal skills as well as written and communication skills.
  • High organizational acumen (understanding of governance, culture, administration, and organizational goals).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
