Facilities Mechanical Installer Technician
Job Overview
What your background should look like:
Graduate of any 4 year or vocational course for TESDA or reputable Technical Schools. With minimum of 5 year experience as Mechanical System Installer such as Aircon, Plumbing, Ducting, Piping Works, Metal Fabricator, Welding Works, etc. With valid TESDA NCII Certificate. With strong background in construction works as a Mechanical Installer and can be able to read plans and drawings. With Familirity in Facilities Equipment Maintenance tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be assigned as Utility Connection Installer for production equipments speficially the Compressed Air Piping, Exhaust Duct, Air Duct, Aircon System Installation, Water Lines, etc.
- Will be a backed up personnel to Facility Operation and Maintenance thus a knowledge and famility on this subject is also required.
- Assist and Supervises contractor/third party activity
- With high knoweldge on Safety Risk Assessement and Control prior to start of work and after work.
- Will implement minor repair works related to Facility Equipment and Building Maintenance.
- Will implement small improvement projects of the plant to improve mechanical system.
- Will also be assigned to to monitor and check Facility Equipment Conditions on a regular basis.
- With knowledge and can perform Electrical Wiring Works based on standards.
Others:
- Engages and participate in plant’s cost reduction program, Safety, Quality and support Operations in all its capacity as Mechanical Installer Technician.
