Job Overview
Reporting to the HK Material Planning Manager, analyze, coordinate, and facilitate the operation management to keep an optimal level of materials to meet customers' requests within TE Material Department's guidelines and procedures
Responsibilities

Use the ERP/MRP system to order and expedite purchase orders

Plan, manage, and execute materials replenishment.

Coordinate receiving and inventory control activities.

Work to close materials shortages and meet On-Time delivery requirements
What your background should look like:
-
Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related discipline is preferred
-
5+ years experience in a similar capacity is preferred (seniority depends on their experiences/exposure before joining the Company)

Detail-minded, well-organized, capable of prioritizing & cope with multi-tasks
-
Hard-working, good initiative, and strong communication skills
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and SAP will be an advantage
-
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
