Job Overview

1. Convert purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO).
2. Dispatch order copies to suppliers and secure their confirmations.
3. Follow up on material readiness and coordinate transportation with the logistics team.
4. Monitor and maintain monthly supplier delivery performance, focusing on On Time to Request (OTR) and On Time to Confirmation (OTC) metrics.
5. Review GRIR to ensure timely supplier payments.
6. Implement supplier consolidation measures.
7. Proactively address shortages and escalate issues promptly to prevent material deficits and production line downtime.
