Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager supports the development and execution of TE’s recruitment strategy, ensuring effective hiring processes across assigned Business Units. Reporting to the Sr. TA Manager EMEA, this role partners with BU leaders and Site Managers, ensuring they understand external market dynamics and receive tailored internal solutions to meet business needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of recruiters and focuses on operational excellence, delivery, and supporting wider EMEA TA initiatives.
Your main tasks:

Support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs for assigned BUs.

Partner with BU leaders and Site Managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and propose appropriate internal solutions.

Lead and develop a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Monitor recruitment data, identify gaps, and provide coaching/guidance to team members.

Escalate issues when needed, identify root causes, and contribute to long-term solutions.

Contribute to initiatives in diversity hiring, employer branding, and workforce planning.

Coordinate with Sr. TA Manager EMEA on broader regional programs, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment.

Identify opportunities for process, system, and reporting improvements and recommend enhancements.
Your ideal background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an international or matrix environment (preferred, not required).

Experience partnering with BU and/or site leadership to deliver hiring solutions.

Experience in leading, mentoring, or supporting colleagues, and readiness to step into a formal leadership role.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Hands-on, operational approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for continuous improvement, with an interest in driving diversity and employer branding initiatives.
