Job Overview
Responsibilities
Drive plant quality and productivity improvement
Conduct onsite quality assessments and drive closure of findings
Implement TE quality strategies, procedures and initiatives
Monitor and track Customer Complaints
Generate report for open claims, 5D and 8Ds
Support Quality Team with Customer Complaints based on Customer Meetings/Escalation
Facilitate rapid resolution of critical customer quality issues.
Organize containment activities and/or production monitoring on a need-to-support basis.
Ensure timely implementation of permanent corrective actions and resolution
Enforce compliance to TE quality procedures within the plant.
Required Skills
Process audit skills with a TS and/or ISO system background preferred
Mandatory Knowledge and Proficient use of
Data Analysis
SAP
HYDRA
EXCEL
POWERBI and POWERPOINT.
Monthly meeting report out: COPQ, DEEP DIVE
Daily report of QNotes and compliance charts to all Tiers within the plant.
TECHS (TE Complaint System) Administrator for ICT BU
Strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
Excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing quality (automotive a plus)
Demonstrated ability and skills to support quality engineering development activities, continuous improvement initiatives and quality management tools
Demonstrated self-starter and able to work independently to execute strategies and meet goals.
Experience with the following materials and processes is preferred:
Injection molding
Component assembly
