Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst / QMS Auditor to support and continuously improve our IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 –compliant Quality Management System. This role plays a key part in internal auditing, quality data analysis, defect prevention, and continuous improvement to meet OEM and customer‑specific requirements.
Job Requirements
- Conduct advanced quality data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities impacting product and process performance
- Plan, perform, and document internal system, process, and product audits in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer specific requirements (CSRs)
- Evaluate QMS effectiveness, manufacturing process controls, and adherence to IATF quality standards
- Support and maintain QMS documentation, audit checklists, procedures, and performance metrics
- Lead or support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification
- Apply risk based thinking, defect prevention, and continual improvement methodologies consistent with IATF 16949
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior quality analysts and auditors
- Support cross functional teams in resolving customer issues and improving overall quality performance
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality management, ISO based QMS, auditing, or manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and OEM/customer specific requirements
- Experience with quality metrics, internal audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Familiarity with automotive quality concepts such as customer specific requirements, process audits, and continual improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $92,900 – $116,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
