Responsibilities
• Industrial Project Manager
• Sets Priorities and devises a clear formulation of the objectives and of the critical paths to be taken
• Measure and diagnoses the project execution issues, implements action plan
• Detects the project changes and constraints which impact the project objective and execution
• Defines the performance metrics (Individual and Project)
• Proactively works with functions to develop accurate estimates of project costs, to coordinate budgeting, and to implement effective cost control processes, using cash flow models.
• Develops reliable and comprehensive business cases and maintains in accordance with changes.
• Perform process and layout design and implementation of a single/multi work centers
• Specifies and procures tooling and equipment with help from others
• Interprets value stream maps to identify opportunities and issues
• Understands the necessary to constantly match output to long team average demand while continuously monitoring demand level and volatility
• Evaluates materials replenishment system for efficiency to satisfy varying levels of customer demand and inventory objectives
• Evaluate designs to ensure manufacturability with assistance
• Performs financial analysis and calculates data required for product costing and reports product cost evolution compared to target with assistance
• Understands basic concepts of risk analysis as it relates to design and process alternatives and the impact to product cost, schedule, and project cost
• Utilizes organizational knowledge to develop comprehensive risk management plans covering schedule, financials, scope, and quality objectives
• Identifies, applies, and drives the methods for Robust Design (i.e., Critical to Quality characteristic identification, Mission Profile, FMEAs, Design of Experiment, Quality Control Plans, Part Qualification PPAP, MCSV, modeling.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial and/or Construction Management
• Minimum seven years’ experience in project management in an operations environment
• Minimum three years’ experience in industrial project management
• Experience in an operation position: Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials.
• Experience in a minimum 3 product/production line transfers is preferred.
• Large-scale greenfield project management experience is highly preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD or other layout software
• License or certification: PMP Certification or Project Manager formal training (PMP, OSHA, PMI, HAZWOPER, AEE, ASHRAE, PE, AIA, LEED, PM)
• Strong business acumen and prior experience owning project financials
• Strong data analytical skills and logical thinking
• Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Ability to drive accountability and operational tempo amongst core team
• Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a virtual team
• The capability to travel domestically and internationally

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $116,700 – $145,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
