Job Overview
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for the purchasing of materials, components & supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 buyers
- Organize and supervise the Purchase Orders Management (Delay, Order Confirmation, Rescheduling)
- Suppliers management : evaluate their performance, relationship, follow up
- Establishe policies and procedures to meet TE’s requirements.
- Commercial compliance of our importation (Trade Compliance)
- Management of transportation costs (freight IN)
- Management of our Inventory Turn / Control of our inventory, keep our inventory at the required level and on-going actions to optimize it;
- Data Management and SAP settings; Ensures that systems are appropriately maintained and updated.
- Forecast communication to our suppliers;
- Initiate and manage projects in order to improve and optimize our supply processes;
- Implement and monitor key indicators and dashboards to track the performance of actions taken : delivery times, stortage, monitoring and optimization of our inventory, etc;
- Analyze the indicators , provide solutions and reporting to the hierarchy;
What your background should look like:
- Experience: 5+ years in the business, 1+ years of experience in management/leadership
- Fluent in French and English
- Requires a bachelor’s degree
- Experience SAP, or an equivalent ERP system.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

- Essential Skills: leadership, independent thinking, organizational and planning abilities, excellent written and verbal communication
Profil recherché:
- Master (Bac + 5) en Logistique/Gestion industrielle
- 5+ expérience sur un poste similaire
- Anglais : Capacité professionnelle complète
- Bonne maitrise de SAP
- Savoir animer, motiver une équipe et faire preuve de leadership
- Être force de proposition
- Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Proactif(ve) avec de fortes capacités d’adaptation et une très bonne capacité à gérer les priorités
