What your background should look like
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Channel Demand Planning Supervisor to lead the evolution of our Channel Supply Chain organization from a transactional execution model to a true demand planning and analytics capability. This role will own the AMER Channel demand signal, drive forecast accuracy and planning excellence, and serve as the Planning Lead for the CLS Business Unit.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with a strong background in demand, supply, or materials planning, capable of leveraging data, SAP IBP, and Power BI to drive business decisions and continuous improvement. This individual will lead a team of analysts, support the S&OP/S&OE process, strengthen planning capabilities, and partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Business Units, and Supply Chain teams to translate market intelligence into actionable forecasts and execution plans.

Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, Materials Planning, or Supply Planning.
- Proven people leadership and talent development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP (Demand Planning required; Supply Planning preferred), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience driving forecast accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Portuguese proficiency, APICS CPIM certification, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and experience supporting channel/distributor-focused supply chains.
