Job Overview
What your background should look like:
• Minimum of 2 / 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer facing role (customer service, retail)
• Customer care, inside sales, outside sales and/or field engineer experience or graduate with technical education
• Inside sales or consultative selling experience
• Relevant product or industry experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent phone and consultative selling skills
• Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Bring creative and new ideas to work
• Must be resilient and prefer an environment that embraces change
• Must be able to win Customers through storytelling and engaging conversations

Responsabilities
Meets target for specific accounts/locations as assigned
• Manage all commercial aspects with the customer including relationship and regular contact with customer key stakeholders
• Managing and preparing offers, project contracts and quotations, leading price and contract negotiations
• Develop, enhance and grow customer relationships through lead generation and building an opportunity pipeline
• Identify and manage new opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Sell the value propositions of TE products and services
• Demonstrate technical expertise and superior service while influencing buying decisions through our innovative product solutions
• Team up with Channel business unit & Distribution partner to close deals
• Communicate with customers inbound and outbound via email / phone
• Document program activity via salesforce and other relevant systems.
• Virtual meeting with customers
• Work on new customers leads and develop opportunities.
