What you will do:
In this position, you are looking for the product technical support person during the first half of the day and inside sales during the second half of the day. Regarding technical support, this person must learn from all the products that TE manufactures and markets (Automotive, Appliances, Aerospace, Industrial, Data & Devices ...) all are electronic products, at the component level that are used to manufacture consumer products or industrial use ... therefore, the candidate must have an idea of what electronics is, its use and interpretation, since they will have to help customers by informing what products we offer, what is their application, how they are used and / or manipulated, what they are its characteristics (both construction and application and performance… fit-form-function).

On Inside Sales, you will have to find new clients and follow up on projects of our existing clients that are served through our distributors throughout America.


What your background should look like:

  • Sales skills, ability to influence the decision and passion to drive revenue growth.
  • Team player,
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills,
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese language would be a plus,
  • Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner,
  • Bring creative and new ideas to work,
  • Must be resilient and prefer an environment that embraces change,
  • Must be able to win Customers through storytelling and engaging conversations,
  • Consultative selling experience plus,
  • Relevant product or industry experience plus
  • A taste for sales (and sales experience as a plus)
  • Ability to influence decision making about customers and generate revenue for TE
  • Ability to multitask [the position is 50% day to give technical product support and the other 50% is to make sales (Inside Sales), will handle live chats with clients, make calls and answer e-mails
