Job Overview

Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing a speedy and thorough resolution to customer issues and problems.
  • Making changes to orders, back-orders, shipping delays or information necessary to process or cancel orders.
  • Handling escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced representatives.
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and preventing the loss of existing business.

What your background should look like

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience

 

  • Data Accuracy: Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • System Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce systems
  • Adaptability:  Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Orientation Customer-focused mindset and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organization & Teamwork; Organized, multitasker, and team player
  • Excel Skills Using Microsoft Office Excel for tracking and analysis on databases
  • Language: English proficiency required
