Job Overview

Căutăm un Shift Supervisor responsabil de coordonarea activităților de producție și conducerea echipei din schimb, asigurând atingerea obiectivelor de siguranță, calitate, livrare, cost și dezvoltare a personalului. Rolul contribuie direct la eficiența operațională și la implementarea culturii de îmbunătățire continuă. 

Job Requirements

  • Coordonează și organizează activitatea echipei de producție pe durata schimbului.
  • Asigură realizarea planului de producție și monitorizează indicatorii de performanță (KPI).
  • Conduce ședințele operaționale de început de schimb și asigură transferul eficient al informațiilor între schimburi.
  • Gestionează performanța angajaților prin evaluări, feedback și coaching.
  • Asigură respectarea standardelor de siguranță, calitate și productivitate.
  • Coordonează rezolvarea problemelor operaționale împreună cu departamentele suport.
  • Monitorizează activitățile de îmbunătățire continuă și implementează acțiuni pentru creșterea performanței.
  • Validează instruirea și dezvoltarea competențelor echipei.
  • Participă la audituri și urmărește implementarea acțiunilor corective

What your background should look like

Studii medii finalizate; Studiile tehnice reprezintă un avantaj.

Minimum 3 ani experiență în coordonarea unei echipe de producție într-un mediu industrial.

Experiență în management operațional, planificarea resurselor și urmărirea producției.

Cunoștințe de operare PC (Microsoft Office, MS Teams).

Abilități solide de leadership, comunicare, coaching și luare a deciziilor.

Orientare către rezultate și îmbunătățire continuă.

Limba engleză la nivel conversațional constituie un avantaj.
