We are looking for a SAP Key User to support and optimize our production processes through effective use of SAP. The role acts as the main link between the production teams and the SAP system, ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Support: Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to configure SAP modules and ensure they meet production requirements.
  • Training & User Assistance: Train production staff, create training materials, and provide ongoing end‑user support.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and visibility through SAP.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, maintain system integrity, and generate production reports and KPIs.
  • Cross‑Department Coordination: Work closely with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and quality to ensure end‑to‑end process integration.
  • Change Management: Support SAP upgrades, new functionalities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as first‑level support for SAP issues, resolving errors and coordinating with IT when needed.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new SAP features and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Documentation: Maintain process documentation, SAP configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system usage, ensure compliance with governance standards, and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements & Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in production, logistics, or a relevant area.
  • Hands-on SAP experience (preferably SAP PP, MM, FI). Experience in a system analyst–type role is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and basic configuration/customization.
  • Analytical and process‑optimization skills.
  • Basic technical skills (e.g., SAP GUI, master data, SQL).
  • Project management experience (system updates, testing, upgrades).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Languages

  • Conversational English.
