Allocating resources to meet the production requirements, achieving maximum capacity, identifying the training needs of the resources, and ensuring that the resources are appropriately trained.
Driving and monitoring the continuous improvement programs and initiatives and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and specifications.

Leads the Monthly Results Review for their production area/line, ensuring that variance analysis is completed for all business metrics that fall short of expectations.
It is a backup for Production Manager

What your background should look like:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field (technical) with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional-level experience 
Experience within a production environment and in people management  is required
Business proficiency in English language
