Responsabilities

• Led specific small projects within Manufacturing Engineering department.
• Work with Senior Engineer to create or revise process flow charts.
• Collect production data (cycle time, scrap, downtime, output).
• Summarize and visualize data in Excel / Power BIPerform basic trend analyses (Pareto, root-cause indicators).
• Support 5S activities (checklists, audits, documentation).
• Prepare materials for Kaizen workshops.
• Time studies (measure and document cycle times).
• Assist in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities.
• Prepare technical presentations and reports.
• Gather data for PFMEA / FMEA.
• Support in preparing installation or validation checklists.
• Execute simple tests under engineer supervision.
• Make simple model updatesPrepare files for 3D printing.
• Help prepare training materials for operators.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings and take notes.
• Data analysis (scrap, downtime, output)Documentation updates.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Research on best practices or new manufacturing technologies.
