Job Overview

Electricianul la TE asigură funcționarea optimă a echipamentelor prin mentenanță și troubleshooting electric & automatizări, contribuind la reducerea downtime-ului și la îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor (TPM, 5S), cu focus pe performanță și fiabilitate.

Job Requirements

  • Diagnosticarea și remedierea defecțiunilor electrice și de automatizare;
  • Executarea activităților de mentenanță preventivă și corectivă;
  • Verificarea și întreținerea tablourilor electrice, senzorilor, motoarelor, invertizoarelor și sistemelor de comandă;
  • Intervenții rapide pentru reducerea timpilor de oprire;
  • Colaborarea cu producția și ingineria proceselor;
  • Participarea activă în implementarea sistemelor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S și îmbunătățire continuă.
  • Respectarea normelor de protectia muncii

Persoana selectată va contribui la dezvoltarea și respectarea sistemului de mentenanță preventivă, standardizare tehnică și creșterea fiabilității echipamentelor, utilizând indicatori KPI precum:

  • disponibilitate echipamente;
  • reducerea opririlor neplanificate;
  • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures);
  • MTTR (Mean Time To Repair);
  • respectarea planului de mentenanță preventivă;
  • reducerea defectelor repetitive și a pierderilor din producție.

What your background should look like

Studii tehnice în domeniul electric sau electromecanic;
Abilități bune de diagnosticare, troubleshooting electric și automatizări în mediu industrial;
Atestat ANRE – constituie avantaj;
Experiență în mentenanța industrială;
Cunoștințe bune de diagnoză electrică și citire scheme electrice;
Experiență cu senzori, PLC-uri, invertizoare și echipamente industriale;
Experiența în automotive și TPM – constituie avantaj.
Disponibilitatea de a lucra în 3 schimburi.
