Customer Service Specialist - English Speaker

Job Overview

  • Manage your customers backlog;
  • Follow Customers accounts and help on various issue they may face;
  • Quote Customers according to DOA;
  • Follow and monitor backlog from order entry to delivery;
  • Customer account creation / maintenance;
  • New PN creation requests and follow up;
  • Follow and solve intercompany issues;
  • Organize the good handling of quotes, Part return, Samples shipments;
  • Follow customer payment accuracy to help finance team (aging balance);
  • Enter / process credit notes on time;
  • Processing customer credit cards;

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in related field such as business administration, international commerce;
  • Customer Care experience: 2-3 years’ experience;
  • Good communication skills (clear, concise oral and written presentations) and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems;
  • Flexibility to work in an international environment;
