Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

What your background should look like:

ACTIVITIES:

Follow-up and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.
-Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.
Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.
-Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Follow up on continuous improvement projects.
-Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.
-Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

-5 years of experience in a similar position 
-Advanced English
-Knowledge of Ergonomics
-Financial skills
-AutoCAD proficiency 
-SAP knowledge would be a plus
