Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing and production transfer projects from planning through implementation, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Manage project schedules, critical paths, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with validation, qualification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support new equipment implementation, process improvements, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, status updates, cost justifications, and executive-level project presentations.
  • Support manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives and execution of strategic engineering projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced English communication skills required.
  • Valid U.S. Visa required with availability for cross-border travel and project support in the United States.
  • Proven experience in equipment and manufacturing line transfers, production launches, and plant-to-plant transfer projects.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment validation activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification).
  • Strong project management skills, including development and management of project timelines, critical path analysis, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Knowledge of quality system requirements and coordination of validation and change management activities.
  • Ability to develop business cases and project justifications to support capital investments and operational improvements.
