Job Overview

This position supervises the implementation of Human Resources policies and programs including staffing, benefits, compensations, employee relations and services.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Design and implementation of a staffing process; including recruiting, candidates assessment, interviewing and selection.

• Monitor and communicate HR statistics

• Maintain processes needed to be in compliance with the Mexican laws and applicable regulations

• Maintain updated job descriptions for all positions

• Guide employees on the correct implementation of internal rules and policies, recommend disciplinary action and provide counseling

• Collaborate in the benefits and compensation process

• Collaborate in the performance review process

• Supervise Communication process

• Organize and supervise recognition programs

What your background should look like:

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Master degree is desire.

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, working in a manufacturing environment

• Strong Knowledge of Mexican laws • People oriented and driven for results

• Strong Leadership skills

• Excellent active listening

• Negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
