Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

What your background should look like:

ACTIVITIES:
-Implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
-Work with other areas in reviewing and preparing internal procedures, ensuring compliance with company policy and authority requirements.
-Participate in quality investigations and establish root cause analysis of non-conformities and customer complaints. (Ishikawa, 8D´s, AMEF)
-Validation of Special Processes and Tests.
-Participation in the creation and monitoring of indicators.
-Document Control: Registration, cancellation, change history, communication of revision changes, distribution of physical and digital documents, access control.
-Update and control of the Master List of Documents.
-Coordination and preparation of the content of Boards of Directors.
-Coordinates the training of Internal Auditors in the applicable regulations in force.
-Comply with the activities assigned by your direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Metalworking or similar
-3 years of experience in a similar position
-Advanced English
-Six Sigma Green Belt
-Knowledge of ISO 90001
-Failure Investigation Skills (8D's).
-FMEA
-Control plan
