Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

ACTIVITIES:

Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
Maximizes return and limits risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments.
Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

7 to 9 years of experience on a similar role
Advanced English
SAP and HFM knowledge for Month Closing activities.
No need-to-know Macro Pro and Sistema de Seguimiento (local ERP’s), but very open to learn about them, and do manual analysis for SAP reconciliations.
Budget and FCST.
Interaction with shared services from all over the world, Suitzerland, Costa Rica, Mexico.
High knowledge on Excel to manually populated information.
Innovative, proactive, team member, work under pressure and in a volatile environment.
Legal entity reporting.
Manufacturing variances, labor efficiency/utilization reporting.
Transfer Pricing and Intercompany transactions
Supervised Accounts Payable to US vendors
