Directs the activities of subordinate supervisors or a team of experienced individual contributor involved in financial accounting, reporting, payables, credit and/or treasury activities.

ACTIVITIES:
- Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
- Maximizes return and limits risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments.
- Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
What your background should look like
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 to 9 years of experience on a similar role
- Advanced English
- SAP and HFM knowledge for Month Closing activities.
- No need-to-know Macro Pro and Sistema de Seguimiento (local ERP’s), but very open to learn about them, and do manual analysis for SAP reconciliations.
- Budget and FCST.
- Interaction with shared services from all over the world, Suitzerland, Costa Rica, Mexico.
- High knowledge on Excel to manually populated information.
- Innovative, proactive, team member, work under pressure and in a volatile environment.
- Legal entity reporting.
- Manufacturing variances, labor efficiency/utilization reporting.
- Transfer Pricing and Intercompany transactions
- Supervised Accounts Payable to US vendors
