IMPORT/EXPORT ANALYST II
Job Overview
What your background should look like:
RESPONSABILITIES:
Directly involved in the day-to-day import and/or export operations of the site
Elaborates import and/or export invoices per shipment and material type. Each shipment is equivalent to one daily operation
Review and analysis of consolidated weekly pedimentos of daily operation
Up to date on MX Customs Pedimentos Digital File
Local logistics coordination per shipment, each shipment is equivalent to one daily operation
Supports Regional Operations Supervisor on daily metrics and follow up of shipments binnacle
Support of Virtual Import and Export of the site in accordance to the Mexican Customs Law
Focus on Mexican vendors deliveries on the Border region sites
Exit Control for Raw Material, Equipment and MRO between Mexican entities
Change of Regime fof IMMEX imported goods
Ensures coordination and legal compliance of shipments
CTPAT and OEA compliance
Coordination of special shipments
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in International trade, customs, logistics or related.
Advanced English Level
Experience in the customs area preferably operational 3 years and up.
Knowledge of Customs Law and general rules (intermediate level).
Knowledge of customs classification (Intermediate level).
Knowledge of Windows computer programs (intermediate level).
Knowledge of SAP system (intermediate level).
