Job Overview

Leads the diagnosis problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment; acts as a key contributor in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.

Job Requirements

• Compiling systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc., and advising on process optimization.
• Participating and monitoring in manufacturing processes; implementing appropriate operation standards and following production regulations.
• Rescheduling manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
• Mentoring junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and providing further training, as necessary.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
