Implements and improves manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels.

Job Requirements

ACTIVITIES:

Participates in transferring manufacturing lines from one site to another while maintaining good manufacturing practices, maintaining process cost, project planning, personnel training (setup), interacts with functional groups to keep the project on time and on track. 

-Develops, Evaluates and Improve Manufacturing Methods, Including Tooling, Fixtures and Processes.
-Develops, Modifies and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the productive function.
-Analyzes and Plans, space Requirements, Workflow and Designs Lay-Out of Equipment and Workstations for Maximum Efficiency.
-evelops and Analyzed Statistical Data for Product/Process Performance to Recommend and Implement Improvements in targeted areas.
-Process Support (Scrap, Downtime, Efficiency & Productivity).
-Line balancing, Times & movements studies

What your background should look like

REQUIREMENTS:

-1 to 3 years of experience in the engineering department
-Advanced English
-Manufacturing Processes / Lean Manufacturing
-Experience in mechanical design/mechanical assembly
-SAP experience desirable
-Experience handling plating products desirable
-Desirable experience in transfer/migration of manufacturing lines.
