The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant leadership team and a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leaders. This role drives financial performance, supports decision-making, and ensures the plant meets its operational and financial targets.

Unlike traditional roles, this position is highly focused on business partnering, as transactional accounting activities are handled by a Financial Solutions Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership team to drive business performance
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Analyze plant performance (costing, variances, margins) and provide actionable insights
• Support investment decisions and capital projects (CAPEX, automation, etc.)
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage standard costing and support inventory control
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
