Job Overview

TE's HR Services teams provide direct support to employees, other HR groups and management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. They receive and respond to requests concerning HR policies/programs, appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information and may respond to practices inquiries via online resources and/or telephone. The team also processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting HR activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. 

What your background should look like:

The HR Intern will support the Employee Relations function by assisting in the day-to-day HR operations, helping ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law, and promoting a positive work environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in real HR challenges and the opportunity to learn about labor legislation and employee relations best practices

Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling employee queries related to workplace policies, attendance, and labor rights.Support the documentation process for disciplinary actions, warnings, and meetings.Help maintain employee files and records in compliance with legal and company standards.Assist in preparing HR communications, meeting notes, and legal documents.Support internal audits and labor inspection preparations.Contribute to HR initiatives related to employee engagement and communication.Stay updated on Moroccan labor law changes and help summarize key updates for the HR team.Participate in onboarding sessions and observe employee interactions and grievance processes

Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.Interest in employment law, labor relations, and workplace compliance.Basic knowledge of Moroccan labor law is a strong advantage.Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and French; English is a plus.High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
