Collects and documents inspection and quality checks data, analyzes the data to take corrective actions, identifies the process problem areas, and communicates it to the management.

Job Requirements

• Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations, monitoring and adjusting machine settings per the work requirement.
• Assisting supervisors in aligning the resources to specific needs in production, analyzing the critical metrics for the teams' performance, and reporting them to the management.
• Ensuring the specified timelines are met along every phase of the project, keeping a record of time and quantities in production, and providing guidance and training to the team's newer members.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot operations and flow issues, adapting to procedures, techniques, and materials to meet the specifications of the output product.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Materials or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience (years, processes and function)

• Three years or more of experience in plastic injection, semiconductor molding, and silicone molding or related fields.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• Horizontal Injection Molding and Liquid Injection Molding experience preferred.
• High knowledge of injection molding and effective problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills in English/French (oral & written).
• Computer skills (Word processing, Excel, PPT).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (C, C++).
• Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to polymers, solder fumes, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and heat-generating equipment.
• Ability to analyze and solve all defects related to Plastic Injection Molding.
• Advanced skills in Injection Molding Machines (SSD, ARBURG, FANUC, ENGEL).
• Advanced skills in handling robots (SEPRO, ARBURG, ENGEL, WITTMANN).
