Long Description
- Participate in the development & deployment of SC strategy in NA
- Supply chain design
- Improve and optimize the NA planning processes
- Team management in coordination with EMEA SC planning management
- Develop and present regular reporting/Communication to Management/Organization
- Ensure a harmonization and best practices implementation in both ADC’s Morocco & Tunisia
- Organize regular team meeting to inform about company news/Performances
- Give support for escalation & critical parts to supply customers
- Participate in the definition of the Main KPI’s targets for ADC Planning
- Assure inventory optimization
- Ensure appropriate parameter settings, system setup and system usage in corp with EMEA Planning team.
- Cooperate with BO India
- Coordinate and give support to EMEA supply chain team for local Customers expectations/projects
- Coordinate with Global Logistics (GLOG) organization and cost saving (e.g. saving projects, appropriate billing to customers) in logistics.
- Support other functions (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering etc.) with logistics advice for better decision making.
- Approve RTS and monitor freight spending
- Proactively approach other company functions and supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization
- Identify performance issues and drive performance improvements with the SC teams in order to reach agreed targets
What your background should look like:
• University Degree in Business Admin/ Engineer in supply chain management
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain or Operations Position, preferable Automotive
• Proven experience in Supply Chain management and team leadership
• Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results
• Wide range of planning experience (Capacity planning, supply planning, fine scheduling)
• Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Strong supply chain knowledge, also manufacturing background
• Knowledge in supply chain/ master planning and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and support colleagues in other functional areas
• Committed, entrepreneurial, proactive working attitude
• Strong analytical and conceptual, problem-solving skills, pragmatic approach (80/20), decision making
• Solid in English both written and spoken
