SPARE PARTS TECHNICIAN
Job Overview
Performs basic activities in the routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s).
Job Requirements
- Receive incoming spare parts shipments and inspect them for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and place spare parts in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Enter relevant information into the SAP system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep track of received parts and update inventory documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse for efficient part retrieval.
- Regularly conduct checks to ensure stock levels align with SAP records.
- Follow established procedures for receiving, stocking, and updating SAP.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support overall warehouse operations.

- Degree: Bac +2
- 0-2 years of experience
• Proficient in comprehensive inventory management, encompassing tracking, organizing, and optimizing spare parts stock to ensure efficient operations.
• Skilled in handling incoming orders, verifying specifications, and coordinating with team members.
• Demonstrates the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications, aiding in the identification and sourcing of the correct spare parts for maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient in utilizing SAP or similar inventory management systems to accurately record and update spare parts information for seamless tracking and reporting.
• Keen attention to detail in inspecting incoming spare parts for quality assurance, ensuring that all items meet specified standards before integration into the warehouse inventory.
