Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and/or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

The PPAP Supervisor should have the focus to ensure that for all PPAP requests, the relevant documents and samples for Special Parts are available on Time (Time 2 market) and according to customer expectations to ensure First time right PPAP.

Tasks Summary and Responsibilities:

• Establish an ideal communication flow between the parties (Engineering, AQE, Project Management, Quality, Plants and PPAP Expert (Team))
• Fundamental knowledge of the VDA, AIAG and customer requirements
• Fundamental knowledge of the PCN, RMS and E-PPAP System.
• Request measurement According Customer restricted drawing.
• Request the necessary samples for the customer (acc Samples/responsible matrix) and Shipment of parts in coordination with the responsible PPAP experts or Customer.
• Together with the team creating and/or make completion of the PPAP requested elements.
• Transmitting the data to the PPAP Experts for customer submission
• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to meet all customer requirements.

Requirements for the role:

• MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer or comparable.
• Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality.
• Knowledge in statistics and basic tools of quality (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG, FMEA)
• Good communication and presentiation skills
• Team Management skills. 
• English business fluent.
