Supports and executes all supply chain activities and ensures alignment to the strategic direction.

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pre-serial planning, project supply chain, or industrial planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in supporting new product introductions (NPI), prototypes, pilot builds, and ramp-up phases.

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks during pre-serial and industrialization phases.

• Hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP), including engineering change management.

• Experience within the automotive industry in a global organization is a strong advantage.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of pre-serial supply chain planning, industrialization processes, and ERP systems.

• Solid understanding of BOM structures, engineering changes, and prototype material flows.

• Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities, with a project-oriented mindset.

• Results-driven, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Suppliers.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
