Job Overview
Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan and manage product distribution activities to drive maximum revenue growth through North African Distribution channel
Follow and reduce freight cost toward distribution centers by implementing proactive actions.
Review demand accuracy, inventory level and action plan for improvement in to achieve the yearly DOH target
Regularly review with sources to ensure goods are ready for delivery as planned;
Ensure proactively communicate sales team on any abnormal demand impacting performance
Review STR daily and drive cross functional team to achieve delivery performance goal.
Review cost saving result monthly and action plan, supply performance on delivery /quality in order to achieve the yearly target
Prepare and participate in the weekly operations meeting.
Prepare and participate in the monthly business review with first line managers.
Establish, optimize, and simplify relative management system/procedure/polices for distribution business
Supervise the implementation of all policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and cross functional collaboration to guide employees' work and improve their efficiency.
Sustains team’s values: sense of urgency, sense of responsibility, proactivity and strong team working
Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports.
What your background should look like:
Master’s degree, 7+ years in supply chain management experience in automotive company.
APICS Certified is a plus
Data driven, experience in working with SAP and other IT systems
Skills:
Customer oriented to ensure customer satisfaction under force majeure.
