Job Overview

Performs basic activities in the routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s).

Key Responsibilities

• 
  •    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines to ensure maximum uptime.
  •    Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  •    Maintain and repair servo drives, motors, encoders, and automation systems.
  •    Track, monitor, and report maintenance KPIs (machine downtime, MTTR, MTBF, preventive maintenance compliance, etc.).
  •    Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  •    Coordinate and work with machine suppliers and external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.
  •    Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation schematics.
  •    Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  •    Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
  •    Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  •    Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.

Rquired Qualifications

•    Good knowledge of CNC machines (turning, milling, machining centers, etc.).
•    Experience handling corrective and preventive maintenance.
•    Basic to intermediate knowledge of: 
o    Electrical systems
o    Pneumatics
o    Hydraulics
•    Familiarity with automation systems, servo drives, and CNC controllers.
•    Ability to troubleshoot machine faults efficiently.
•    Understanding of safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
