IT operations analyst (m/f)

Job Overview

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Centre’s various infrastructure systems, provide first line technical support for end-user’s computer hardware and software, and printers and their network connectivity
  • Provides technical support to regional office IT staff in diagnostics, troubleshooting and analysing issues associated with information systems, connectivity, security, and backup or system hardware within the Regional Offices
  • Provides technical support for the daily operations of the corporate information systems servers, network infrastructure, system appliances, housed applications and operating systems software to ensure system availability, reliability and performance.
  • Proactively monitor systems for availability, capacity and performance
  • Assist in Critical Incident and Change Management SLA’s with Service Provider, 
  • Participates in the IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan
  • Assist with server installation and administration in cooperation with business partner
  • Assist with network (LAN) installation (Router, Firewalls, Aruba Wi-Fi etc.)
  • Domain administration (Active Directory, Group-Policy, User & Group permission administration
  • Assist in various migrations / upgrades within TE locations (PC, LAN, WAN, Servers, Printers, Smartphones, VOIP)
  • Lead process improvements and modifications


What your background should look like:

  • Bac+4 or more
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Windows & Microsoft based systems knowledge
  • Capability to interact with customers with problem analysis
  • Experienced knowledge of Networks, VMs and IT infrastructure
