Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.

The main target of this position is to create and maintain master data, responsible for cost accounting & profitability analysis, support in controlling activities.


Main Tasks & Responsabilities:

  • Create master data information (Bill of Materials, Routings, Production version etc.) in SAP R/3 for new projects
  • Maintain existing production and cost relevant master data in SAP
  • Manage product revision changes between engineering, production and planning department
  • Monitor and control the timing of process operations
  • Take over general product costing functions
  • Complete product variance analysis between actual and standard cost per project
  • Performing cost center control, cost savings review and tracking

What your background should look like:

  • University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, controlling
  • 2 years minimum cost accounting, or controlling function in Industrial companies, Automotive industry is a plus


Required Skills:

  • Economical understanding in product cost calculation
  • Experiences with SAP modules of MM and FICO, Microsoft office package
  • Experiences in master data recording and maintenance as well as working with product drawings
  • General Accounting knowledge in USGAAB & Local GAP
  • Strong analytical & Communication skills
