Job Overview

 

TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

 

Direct and coordinate activities related to the following:

  • Forecast, Budget & Closing Activities Monitoring
  • Provide service and support in terms of analysis and data to plant Management & Functional Leaders,
  •  highlight financial impact to support decision making Process
  • Work collaboratively with the functional areas on identifying issues and help on their resolution
  • Performing cost center control in term of Costs, Headcount, COPQ, Productivity, Inventory Cost..
  • Control & follow up of material Productivity. 
  • Plant P&L Analysis and Follow up 
  • Provide variance development and projections on a monthly basis
  • Provide financial analysis and drive plans to correct issues.
  • Preservation and follow up of Assets 
  • Complete product variance analysis between actual and standard cost per project
  • Work According compliance 

What your background should look like:

 

Educational Degree:

  • University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting 

 

Professional Experience:

  • 1-3 years minimum in finance, controlling, cost accounting in Industrial companies, Automotive industry is a plus.

 

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Economical understanding in product cost calculation.
  • Experiences with SAP modules of FI, CO , MM and PP, Excel.
  • General Accounting knowledge Moroccan & USGAAB.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Communication and analytical skills.
  • Experiences in master data recording and maintenance is a plus.
