Job Responsibilities
- Apply safety rules with an immediate response in case a dangerous situation is detected.
- Perform corrective maintenance and prepare reports.
- Execute preventive maintenance and prepare reports.
- Participate in defining spare parts and ensure proper reporting of their usage (active participation in spare parts management).
- Provide technical support and training to the production team and any other entity when needed.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process.
- Contribute to improving maintenance documentation and procedures, as well as preventive maintenance routines.
- Implement action plans aimed at improving the availability of equipment and work tools.
- Ensure compliance with 5S+1 standards in maintenance workshops and production areas, while maintaining proper care of the tools and equipment provided.
- Comply with the requirements of quality standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), client-specific requirements, environmental management standards (DIN EN ISO 14001), and industrial safety guidelines (OHSAS 18001).
- Perform all special tasks assigned due to experience and knowledge level in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Adhere to legal and internal rules.

- Bac/Bac+2: Technician or Specialized Technician in Mechanics or Electromechanics.

- At least 3 years of experience in maintaining plastic injection mold tooling.
