Job Overview
Tasks and Responsibilities
•Identifying, monitoring and adjustment of production machines parameters.
•Monitoring and testing new/transferred processes and product.
•Ensure smooth production processes and targeted efficiency/OEE.
•Identify machines errors and propose solutions as kaizen events.
•Report breakdowns to Process Engineers.
•Identify areas of improvements in term of workplace, ergonomic aspects, Cycle time improvements and Inspection automation.
•Install new Machines/Processes and run diagnosis.
•Ensure Sampling and Operators training.
•Assist with multidisciplinary team in Layer 1 meeting and own actions.
•Analyse and Evaluate resulting Production DATA in order to Propose Continuous Improvement initiatives.
•Provide technical support to Machine adjustments.
•Prepare Work Instructions, Setup instructions and Packaging Instructions in addition to any documents related to
Production processes.
•Observe workers to make sure that all equipment is being used properly and maintained to the correct standards.
•Ensure Safe environment and installations.
•Ownership and responsibility for all the Process Equipment in Shopfloor Area.
What your background should look like:
Specialized technician in Automation and Electromechanics
•+ 3 Years in Process Engineering (Process/Method/Industrial) /Maintenance
•Experience in automotive business
•Experience with Assembly process advantageous
