MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II - DIE

OVERVIEW

The Position is responsible for:

Maintaining the Dies as per PM, managing spare parts, refurbishment and troubleshooting of the Die

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Trouble shooting and giving solutions to the problems identified by operators
  • Authorized for identifying critical spares, ordering spares and maintaining spares
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Authorized to monitor the life of the tools and re furbished tools
  • Work on Process establishment & Improvements
  • Giving solutions for customer complaints
  • Coordination with cross functional teams for new projects
  • Training & guiding the in- plant trainee
  • Implement successful demonstrated practices
  • Implementing TEOA tools
  • Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Stamping COEs

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Diploma in tool and die making
  • Min 5 years’ experience in Progressive press tool maintains
  • Working knowledge in Stamping process and optimization
  • Design Knowledge
